Yearbooks

On Friday we had our 1st grade yearbook signing.  The students were thrilled to have all their friends sign their yearbook.  I can't believe it is this time of year!

Muffins for Moms

Friday we had "Muffins for Mom" at school.  I saw lots of moms around the building.  I hope everyone enjoyed their muffin!  Here are a few photos that I shot in the room before school began.

Learning About Italy

The students really enjoyed learning about Italy.  We created a masterpiece like Michelangelo.  The students had a great time trying to draw a picture while lying on their backs.

Happy Cow

We had an "utterly" amazing trip to the farm.  It was very hot, but TONS of FUN!  Thank you to all the wonderful chaperones who joined us on the trip.  You guys are awesome!  Here's a video clip of our pictures.

Carnival

The Concrete Carnival was a blast!  I saw lots of kids from our class there.  Everyone seemed to be having a great time!  Several students came to play our class game while I was working the game booth.

I was very excited to see our little dancer.  I was able to see her group perform two dances. She did such a wonderful job!

I waited around to see the end of the silent auction.  Elijah won my date to Hollywood 20.  We are going to enjoy a great movie.  I snapped this picture right after we found out he had won the date.  We are both super excited!

Class Basket

Our class basket looks awesome!  I would like to say a BIG THANKS to everyone for donating to our "Movie Night" basket.  It's estimated value is $245.  This basket will be a great addition to the silent auction at the carnival.  I can't wait to see how much it goes for.
